Since the condition of depositing 40 % amount of arrears of the maintenance in terms of order dated 30.10.2018 passed on I. A. No. 2207 of 2018 has not been complied with, this application cannot proceed and is liable to be dismissed being barred by limitation.

The application is, thus, dismissed.
