The petitioner has been in custody since 21.05.2018 in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/ 307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only an account of a dispute between children who were playing cricket, there was some altercation in which the injuries are said to have been inflicted, have been found to be simple in nature. The role of the petitioner is that he had assaulted with Lathi and rod, but in view of the injury, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail and he has no criminal antecedent.

No.42776 of 2018 (2) dt.30-07-2018 2/2 Accordingly, in view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018.
