2. This is the 3rd attempt of the petitioners. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 595 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 341, 323, 307, 379, 147, 148, 149, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier, the regular bail application of the petitioners was rejected on 23.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 26705 of 2023. Subsequently, the petitioners moved for regular bail again in Cr. Misc. No. 11139 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 19854 of 2024, which were rejected on 03.04.2024 and 03.05.2024,

4. The learned counsel for the informant submits that the evidence has been closed. He has also produced a photocopy of the certified copy of the order dated 10.02.2026 in this regard, which is taken on record.

5. In view of the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

6. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either party.
