2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 13-04-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 59659 of 2022.

3. Second time, the petitioner filed Cr. 70383 of 2023 which was disposed of by order dated 03-11-2023. Though in the said order, it was observed that the learned court below shall take every endeavour to dispose of the trial within a period of nine months but it was also indicated in the order that if, the expeditious proceeding of the court is hampered due to act of the petitioner, he would not be entitled to renew his prayer within the stipulated period.

4. The report, called for from the court below, is available on the record.

5. From perusal of the report, it appears that the case has been fixed for final argument of the defence. So, the defence is expected to conclude its argument within a period of four weeks.
