The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 142 of 2017 arising out of Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 224 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act and under Sections 25c (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against petitioner is recovery of one country made loaded pistol from his possession. Petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of
