The petitioner is accused in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of written report of informant, Vishnu Kumar, Bihta P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 was instituted against unknown but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Ajay Kumar having hand in the present case and the police also detailed about the recovery of two motorcycles, out of two motorcycles, one motorcycle belongs to the petitioner and another motorcycle is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76525 of 2019(4) dt.28-05-2020 2/2 said to be stolen. In fact, petitioner is accused in Maner P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019 due to that reason, he has been implicated showing the recovery of motorcycle of the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and the period of custody, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
