The petitioner has been in custody since 02.08.2019 in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 247/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that the tractor which is alleged to have been seized also does not belong to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on
