JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with POCSO P.S.Case No. 29 of 2018 arising out of Brahmpur (Krishnabrahm) P.S.CASe No. 250 of 2018 registered under Sections 323,341,354B and 448/34 of the Indian penal Code and 4 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner entered into the house of prosecutrix in the night and tried to outrage her modesty. Submission is that case was lodged after delay of nine days which is after thought and petitioner is neighbour and allegation is of outraging the modesty.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Raju Prasad, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties
