2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has fired upon the victim causing injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 08.09.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
