2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 349 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/326/307/120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the F.I.R., 9 persons are said to have shot at the deceased.
4. The injured witness has named three persons as having shot at the deceased. The deceased has sustained two injuries. The petitioner is in jail since 23.08.2023.
5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85680 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger concerned court in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 349/2023.
6. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial on the date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
