2. The present application has been filed for modification in order dated 18.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.10290/2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a detailed order has been passed on 18.11.2024 while disposing the C.W.J.C. No.10290/2018. Learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.3825 of 2025(3) dt.05-12-2025 2/2 petitioners further submits that he has not communicated to the petitioners regarding the disposal of the said case within stipulated period. He further submits that stipulated time given to the petitioners for filing representation has already been expired. Hence, he prays for modification with regard to the extension of time for filing representation before the concerned authority/respondent no.3.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not controvert the aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

5. Four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners for filing representation before the concerned authority/respondent no.3. in the light of order dated 18.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.10290/2018.

6. Accordingly, order dated 18.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.10290/2018 stands modified to the extent, stated above.

7. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 3825/2025 stands allowed.
