2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rasalpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the pick up van of the informant was stolen by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will give an undertaking in the Court below that he will not involve himself in any criminal case after being released on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 19.03.2024. He also submits that petitioner will not stay in the State of Bihar and he will stay in West Bengal.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVII, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with S.Tr. No. 513 of 2024 arising out of Rasalpur P.S. Case No. 8 of 2024.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either virtually or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial.

9. The petitioner after grant of bail will stay at the following address- "At Prasadpur, Police Station-Jahangirpada, District Hoogli, West Bengal. "

10. The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Jahangirpada Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

11. The petitioner will visit Bihar only on the date fixed in the present case as well as in other cases in which he is
