2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manigacchi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have killed his wife.

4. The marriage of the petitioner has taken place in the year 2022 and the deceased was killed for the demand of dowry within one year of her marriage.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 22.6.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84554 of 2023(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
