The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for the following relief(s):- "(i) For Quashing the order dated 20-08-2024 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge IV, Jhanjharpur at Madhubani in Criminal Revision no. 06 of 2024 along with the order dated 13-10-2023 passed by the Learned S.D.M. Phulparas, Madhubani in Misc. Case No. 983 of 2023 Whereby and whereunder a proceeding

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2489 of 2024(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 under section 133 of Cr.P.C. has been drawn against these petitioners and notice has been issued on the petition of the private Respondent and the Additional Sessions Judge IV, Jhanjharpur at Madhubani declined to interfere in Cr. Revision No. 06 of 2024.

(ii) For a direction and command to the Respondent Authorities not to interfere with the ongoing construction by these petitioners on their land."

3. This application is pre-mature as the petitioners was directed to file his show-cause.
