This application has been filed on behalf fo the petitioner for quashing the order dated 2.11.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 306 of 2023/G.R. No. 2420 of 2023. Upon perusal of the impugned order and upon perusal of the materials available on record, it appears that the allegation against the petitioner is very serious and this Court finds no ground to interfere in the impugned order. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
