2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 140(1), 103(1), 238(a), 61(2)(a) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Ayush Kumar. Similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 22.08.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 44347 of 2025. Petitioner is lady, claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.11.2024.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge III, Banka in connection with S.T. No. 37/2025 + 230/2025 (arising out of Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024).
