2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks modification of order dated 01.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.70004 of 2023 to the extent that the petitioner is the resident of "Village- Ballipur Prashuram, Ward No.8, P.S.- Hathouri", whereas the P.S. has been typed as 'Khanpur' in place of P.S.Hathouri.

3. Considering the fact that in the cause title of order dated 01.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.70004 of 2023, due to typographical mistake, resident of the petitioner has been typed as 'resident of Village- Ballipur Prashuram, Ward No.8, P.S.-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2407 of 2024(2) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 Khanpur, District- Samastipur (Bihar)'.

4. The order dated 01.11.2023 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of Cr. Misc. No.70004 of 2023, the petitioner may correct the Police Station of his village as "P.S.- Hathouri" in place of 'P.S.- Khanpur'. Accordingly, upon such correction in course of the day, the cause title of order dated 01.11.2023 be corrected by substituting "P.S.- Hathour" in place of 'P.S. -Khanpur'.

5. The other parts of order dated 01.11.2023 shall remain intact.
