The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No.465 of 2019 for the offence under sections 363, 366A/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after two weeks of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. The victim being a major girl, as is evident from the documents annexed as Annexure-2 & 2/1, eloped with the petitioner and she had stated before the Police that she voluntarily married with the petitioner and is living as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75990 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2020 2/2 husband and wife. She also made statement that her father came with some force and took her away. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Har (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 465 of 2019.
