The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case No. 182 of 2019 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of witnesses, namely, Sonia Devi, Yogendra Chauhan and Kailash Chauhan as recorded in paras 42, 43 and 44 of the case diary that when the accidental fire took place, the petitioners, who are mother-in-law and father-in-law respectively, were not present in the house, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75975 of 2019(4) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S.
