2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 309(4) of the BNS with Sections 310(2), 111(3) being added subsequently, registered in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.Case No. 24/2025.

3. While rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner vide order dated 13.05.2025 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 26187 of 2025, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months. The name of the petitioner has figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Amit Kumar from whose possession gold ornaments were recovered.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let
