2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila (Madhepura) P.S. Case No.52 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 376(D), 420, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant was raped in Gurgaon and she had travelled to Madhepura.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main offence is alleged to have been committed by one Avinash Yadav who has been granted bail by this court on 28.07.2023 vide Cr. Misc. Case No. 46288 of 2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Madhepura/concerned court below in connection with Mahila (Madhepura) P.S. Case No.52 of 2022.
