2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Samastipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023 registered on 25.06.2023 lodged under Sections 376, 420, 341, 504, 506, 363/34 of the I.P.C. which has been rejected vide order dated 19.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.68582 of 2023.
3. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2023 having clean antecedent. Counsel further submits that the earlier bail application was rejected on technical ground not on the merit. Counsel further submits that present petitioner is alleged to be the staff of the hospital. He submits that on earlier occasion case diary has been called for. Upon perusal of the case dairy, the version of the informant
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.125 of 2024(4) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 varies in the F.I.R. in Paragraph 15, 50 and 79 of the case diary.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes to prayer for bail but fairly submits that there are contradiction in the statement of the informant.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge VI cum Special Court POCSO, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C.
