JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-04-2019 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this application may be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy by way of statutory appeal in accordance with the provisions contained in the Bihar State Targeted PDS Control Order, 2016.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the petitioner pursuing her remedy in accordance with law. In the given facts and circumstance, this writ application is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to seek
