2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376, 354 (A), (B), © and (D), 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6, 10 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of raping a minor girl. He was married much before. In the rape, his wife has also cooperated. He is in jail since 25.05.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
