2. The present application has been filed for restoring C.W.J.C. No. 1490 of 2020 which stood dismissed for default vide order dated 23.11.2023 on the ground of non appearance of counsel for the petitioner.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of illness, the concerned advocate of the petitioner could not come before the Court on the said date on which the case has been dismissed.

4. In view of the ground mentioned in the

Patna High Court MJC No.3542 of 2023(4) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 application for restoration, the same is allowed and C.W.J.C No. 1490 of 2020 is directed to be restored to its original file and number.

5. Accordingly, the present M.J.C petition stands disposed off.
