2. It is the petitioner's case that he retired while serving as a Technician in Bihar Renewal Energy Development Agency (BREDA). He is seeking direction for payment of his post retiral dues against Gratuity, General Provident Fund, GIC, Earned Leave and Pension. The petitioner is said to have approached the Director (BREDA) by making a representation on 11.11.2019.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director
