2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the chargesheet has been submitted under Section 364, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code 26.11.2018.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have killed the deceased.
