Patna High Court CWJC No.14825 of 2018 dt.01-12-2020 2/3 "That this is an application for a direction to the State/Union of India to conduct Vigilance/CBI enquiry in Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University (DRPCAU) (erstwhile Rajendra Agricultural University relating to financial irregularities, between 2011-12 to 2016-17 as would be apparent from the Abstract of the Annual accounts, as well as appointment of Asst. Professors on without sanctioned Post."
Shri D.K. Sinha, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, vehemently opposes the present petition on the ground that the present petition is not only belated, but stands filed to satisfy the personal cause, more so out of vengeance, so that no benefit could be accorded to the family members of the respondents.
Finding the Court not inclined to agree with the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to invite attention of the authority concerned to the irregularities/illegalities, if any.
Indulgently, we grant such permission.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
