JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground is pending before the office of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhojpur at Ara as is apparent from Annexure-3 and Annexure-4 to the writ petition, which are the letters of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhojpur at Ara dated 23.02.2016 and the one written by the Block Education Officer, Jagdishpur dated 12.01.2018. In such view of the matter, it is prayed that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13728 of 2018(3) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 authorities be directed to take final decision with regard to appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur at Ara is directed to take final decision with regard to appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground within a period of eight weeks from today.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
