No. 01 of 2025 is filed by the Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 seeking to withdraw the impugned order dated 20.03.2025 with a liberty to issue a fresh show cause notice in terms of the Rule 27 (ii) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

2. Having regard to the same, the present MJC stands closed. The authorities are directed to issue a fresh show cause notice to the petitioner strictly in compliance of the Rule 27 (ii) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control)

Patna High Court MJC No.4216 of 2024(3) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 Order, 2016 and give him an opportunity of filing his explanation by giving reasonable time. In case the authority wants to rely on any documents i.e. either the statements of any consumers or enquiry report, the same shall also be furnished along with the show cause notice. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be granted an opportunity of hearing.

3. With the above directions, the present M.J.C. stands closed.
