In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 9 (Secretary,

Patna High Court CWJC No.19587 of 2024(2) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 Bihar State Election Authority, Patna) to dispose of the writ petition of the petitioner within a period of six weeks, after hearing all the concerned.
