2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 237/2024 dated 28.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner are that as per the allegation, this petitioner assaulted one namely Mahavir Paswan (father-in-law of the informant) whose injury report has been filed with this petition as Annexure -P/4 which shows that he sustained simple injury and further, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Mahavir Paswan by using a danda which does not come in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86493 of 2024(2) dt.13-12-2024 2/2 purview of fatal weapon and both the parties are agnates and in between them, there is a land dispute. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 20.10.2024 and against him, the investigation has been completed and there is case and counter case in between both the parties.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as above submissions and the nature of allegation appearing against this petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 237/2024. (Shailendra Singh, J) annu/- U T
