No.1657 of 2019 arising out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.392 of 2019 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that a forged compromise petition was filed in Partition Suit No.835 of 2013 in the court below, on the basis of which Opp.Party no.2 to 5 has tried to grab the land of the petitioner and also tried to kill

I have perused the impugned order granting bail to Opp.Party nos.2 to 5 and on perusal of the record as well as the impugned order, it is evident that the matter relates to civil dispute, which is pending before the court below. It is also evident that the petitioner has already filed a petition in Title Suit No.835 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Sub JudgeXIV in this regard. Considering the facts and circumstances , as stated above, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The application for cancellation of bail is dismissed.
