2. This modification application has been filed seeking modification in the cause title of the order dated 10.11.2023 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 1908 of 2019.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that in the order dated 10.11.2023 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 1908 of 2019 the fathers' name of the petitioners, which have been wrongly typed as "Ayodhya Ram @ Loha Ram Son of Ratan Ram" instead of "Ayodhya Ram @ Loha Ram Son of Ramji Ram" and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83975 of 2023(2) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 "Rajballabh Ram @ Raj Ballah Ram @ Raj Balam Ram Son of Ramjee Ram" instead of "Rajballabh Ram @ Raj Ballah Ram @ Raj Balam Ram Son of Ratan Ram" through which both petitioners, above named, have been granted bail.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners requests to modify the fathers' name of petitioners as imposed in the aforesaid order.

5. Hence, the modification application is allowed, to the aforesaid extent.

6. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 10.11.2023 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 1908 of 2019. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J) Veena/- U T
