The petitioner had statutory remedy of appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act read with the Rules framed thereunder, which the petitioner did not avail. In such circumstance, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the impugned order with an application seeking condonation of delay.
