The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali (Vasudeopur) P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019 dated 17.05.2019 corresponding to S.T. No. 276 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 324, 323, 307, 385, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is stated to have fired from his weapon which hit the thigh of the informant. Other persons also are said to have fired which hit other persons. The injuries suffered by the informant is stated to be simple in nature.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2019 and other persons have been granted bail by different benches of this Court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78559 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 It has also been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the accusation against him is because of an earlier dispute. The two other cases in which the petitioner has been made accused earlier are offences of petty nature.

Considering the aforestated facts the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Kotwali (Vasudeopur) P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019 (S.T. No. 276/19).
