3. In view of the statement and information contained in paragraph no.7 of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 3 to 5, sworn by the Registrar of the University, the order under contempt appears to have been complied.

4. However, the petitioner if still aggrieved in any manner, he would at be liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate authority.

5. The present contempt petition, accordingly, stands consigned.
