2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"A. For issuance of writ in the nature of "certiorari" for disposal of an application dated 26.12.2024 (Annexure-P/8), which was given to the Respondent No. 3 (D.M., Patna) as well as disposal of Mutation Revision No. 179/2025-26 which is subjudice before the Court of learned Additional Collector, Patna (Respondent No. 4) and also quash

Patna High Court CWJC No.1241 of 2026(3) dt.20-04-2026 2/3 the order dated 17.5.2025 in Mutation Appeal No. 1308/2024-25 passed by learned D.C.L.R., Paliganj (Respondent No. 5) as well as quash the Mutation order dated 17.9.2024 in Mutation Case No. 3301R27/2023-24 passed by Circle Officer, Bikram, District-Patna.

B. For issuance of writ in the nature of "Mandamus" for direction of dispose of the application dated 26.12.2024 pending before Respondent No. 3 as well as Mutation Revision No. 179/25-26 which is subjudice before Respondent No. 4 and further issuance of liable to be quashed the order dated 17.5.2025 passed by DCLR, Paliganj (Respondent 5) No. in Mutation Appeal No. 1308/2024-25 as well as quash the order dated 17.9.2024 in Mutation Case No. 330/R27/2023-24 passed by Anchala Adhikari, Bikram (Respondent No. 6) in Khata No. 376 Plot No. 1208 whereby the Anchala Adhikari, Bikram has open Jamabandi on 8.8.2024 in the name of Kiran Kumari of the same Khata No. 376 Plot No. 1209.

For issuance of such direction/directions to Respondent authorities and

Patna High Court CWJC No.1241 of 2026(3) dt.20-04-2026 3/3 any other relief/reliefs which the petitioner may be entitled on the basis of such directions."

3. It is unfortunate that even for the disposal of an application dated 26.12.2024 (Annexure-P/8 to the petition), the petitioner has to move before this Court.

4. The receipt of the Collector, Patna shows that it was received in the office of the respondent no. 3, the Collector, Patna on 26.12.2024.

5. Learned State counsel submits that if not disposed of, it will be taken to its logical conclusion.

6. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh petition alongwith the present order before the Collector, Patna who shall be taking up the matter and after hearing the parties, pass a reasoned order at an earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date the copy of the order is received in his office.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
