Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

By the present application, the petitioner seeks to renew his prayer for bail on the premise that the charge has now been framed and the petitioner is willing and ready to cooperate with the trial. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is willing to abide by all the terms and conditions as imposed by this Court and shall appear in the trial on all material dates and shall not occasion any delay in the conclusion of the

No.48652 of 2018 (2) dt.05-09-2018 2/3 trial In view of the aforesaid submissions and also the liberty granted earlier to the petitioner for renewing his prayer for bail after framing of charge, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 218 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :-

(1) One of the bailors will be his own blood relative, preferably, father, mother, son, brother, sister and/or his wife.

(2) The petitioner shall not indulge himself in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial

(3) The petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each and every date during trial and in the event of his failure on two consecutive dates

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48652 of 2018 (2) dt.05-09-2018 3/3 without sufficient reasons his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.

(4) The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation, if not already concluded, and make himself available as and when so required and in case of failure, the State shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
