This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Alamganj P.S. Case No.738 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(5), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

Four boys were arrested, who used to commit theft of motorcycles. In their statements, they have said that the petitioner is the person who used to deal with the stolen motorcycles.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2025. He is accused in four more similar and serious criminal cases.

Considering the fact that it is the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83441 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 who used to deal with the stolen motorcycles and also the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected for the present.
