Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kasimbazar P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 25 (1-A),a 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
