Petitioner is accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018 registered under Section 376 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the present case, the first information report is lodged after lapse of four days. The victim girl is major and there is no medical report in the instant case. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.08.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75939 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018.
