JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.95 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence, the allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner and another assaulted the son of the informant and after pouring kerosene oil set him on fire resulting into his death and the materials collected in course of investigation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
