2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 692 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code

3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant on his hand as well as on his head. The informant suffered injuries over his right parieto occipital region and also on his hand. The injury on the hand was grievous in nature.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case and the members of defense side have also suffered injuries. There is specific allegation against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.938 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 petitioner to assault the informant on his hand as well as on his head. One of the injuries is grievous in nature.

5. As such, in my view, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of bail, which is hereby rejected.
