1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :- "i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents to make payment of arrear of salary for the period 01-03-2022 to 30-06-2022, the salary of earn leave for the period 14-032022 to 22-06-2022. total 101 days and other allowance admissible in the eye of law on the fact and circumstances to the present case and. ii) To grant any other relief or reliefs

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the petition, the instant application is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a representation for the grievances raised in the instant application before the respondent concerned/Registrar Cooperative Societies, Co-operative Department, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) within a period of four weeks.

4. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by the respondent concerned/respondent no.2 within a period of three months from the date its filing and the entire admissible amount found payable to the petitioner shall be paid within the aforesaid period.

5. In case, the representation of the petitioner does not find favour with the respondent no.2, he shall communicate the reasons for the same in writing to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.

6. The writ application stands disposed of with the above observations and directions.
