2. This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 11.07.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with A.B.P. No. 2889 of 2024 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 383 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 143, 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(r)(s) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

3. The appellant along with other co-accused persons attempted to loot the petrol pump. Hence, no case for grant of

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.5450 of 2024(4) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 anticipatory bail is made out. Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed.

4. The appellant is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks, failing which he shall be arrested.

5. The Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, shall take necessary steps for his arrest after the expiry of the said period.
