The learned counsel for the contemnors has at the outset submitted that the order of this Court dated 26.04.2017, has already been complied with, inasmuch as all the retiral benefits have already stood paid to the petitioner, taking into consideration the benefits bestowed upon the petitioner on account of grant of ACP/MACP scheme.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court MJC No.2519 of 2018(3) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 that the petitioner be given liberty to approach the respondentauthorities, in case of any subsisting grievances.
