The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 594 litres of illicit Nepali country made liquor from the possession of the coaccused, namely, Yogendra Yadav who is stated to have taken the name of the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019, G.R. No. 1614 of 2019.
