The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 379/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution case is that in the background of land dispute, on 19.05.2019 at about 2 P.M., the petitioners came and assaulted the informant and his brother and also took out Rs. 600/- from his pocket.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation has been levelled against the petitioners in the background of land dispute and from the FIR itself, it appears

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83786 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 that the informant's side has not received any injury. It is further submitted that there is counter version of the occurrence, being Pandarak P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioners are made accused in one other case in which they are on bail. Learned APP submits that the petitioners are named in the FIR with specific accusation.

Considering the genesis of the occurrence and there being counter version of the occurrence, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Barh, Patna in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
