2. The petitioner has renewed his prayed for bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 03.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 1894 of 2023 with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial within four months failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

3. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dated 18.03.2024 with regard to stage of the trial has been received by which it appears that the case is fixed for recording the evidence.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial has not been concluded as yet despite the earlier direction of this Court. There is no hope to conclude the trial in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.852 of 2024(5) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 near future and the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 24.12.2020.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the custody period of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District Judge-II, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case no. 27 of 2020.
